National Latino Cosmetology Association's (NLCA) admits licensed members of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privleges, programs, and activities generally accorded. It does not disriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, scholarship programs, and other association-administered programs. 

• As a member of NLCA, we conduct business in the best interest of our communities, and the professional beauty industry. We will strive to act in accordance with the following standards:
